At Christway Ministries Worldwide our focus is Jesus and our love for Jesus reigns supreme in our lives. We believe that All Peoples Church is not the work of a man, or an organization or a denomination, but it is the work of the Spirit of the living God.
We are committed to sharing Christ with people from all walks of life and reaching people of all nations with the redeeming love of our Lord and Savior—Jesus Christ. Commencing from our home city of Accra, we desire to become a church that reflects the love and power of Jesus to cities, towns, and villages around the world.
Christway Ministries Worldwide is primarily a family church, a training and equipping center and a world outreach team. We desire that each member matures toward Christlikeness and builds strong, Christ-centered relationships with other members in the body. We desire that many men and women of God be raised up in the church and be released into their ministries locally within the church, to our city, to the nation, or to the nations of this world. At Christway Ministries Worldwide every believer is a minister!
Our Vision
Discipleship
At Christway Ministries Worldwide our vision is to disciple people, help them grow in Christlikeness, discover and fulfill God's purposes for their lives.
We desire to see new believers maturing into being disciples of Jesus Christ, then growing into becoming ministers (servants) of Christ and taking on roles of responsibility (leaders) in their areas of gifting and calling.
Our FOUNDATIONS course is specially designed to help provide new believers with strong foundations and mature them into being disciples.
New Believer /Disciple / Minister / Leader
While we do not "script" people's spiritual journeys, we provide all possible resources and encourage relationships that help shape people in their spiritual growth. We encourage people to identify where they need to grow and take initiative to work on those areas, using what has been made available to them.
We encourage people to initiate and take responsibility to foster discipling (nurturing, mentoring) relationships one on one, in group settings (e.g. Life Groups), and across generations (age groups). Discipleship at Christway happens based on relationships, and is more life centric rather than program centric.
At Christway we believe in discipling in the midst of life—not outside of life (technically, we'd call this 'on-the-job' training, as distinguished from classroom training). We believe discipleship happens anytime, anywhere. Hence we encourage people to serve in church, go on missions trips and along the way we coach them, build them up.
GOVERNANCE
CURRENT TRUSTEES
The Trustees are responsible for the spiritual life and spiritual growth of Christway Ministries Hence Christway Trusteeship is usually held by those who are also part of the Leadership team. Trustees hold spiritual (towards God), moral (towards people) and legal (towards government) responsibility of Christway Ministries Worldwide.
